- Qualification: Master of Business Administration (with Personnel/ Finance specialization) of two years’ duration from a recognized university/ All India Council for Technical Education approved institution; Or Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/Finance of two years’ duration from a recognized university/ All India Council For Technical Education approved Institution.
